Dublin Therapy Centre

CLIENT BASED THERAPY: Helping you feel better faster!

For the moment client sessions are ONLY available by Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom or Telephone. Please call  086 608 42 92 for more info and to discuss options for you. (calls from client only!)

SMS Messages will not get a response other than for existing clients. It is probably better to have a brief chat BY PHONE (0866084292)  to see if I can be of help to you.

Please note client guidelines at

Please do not book an appointment unless you will attend same and agree to do the work needed. This keeps services available for other clients.  If you do book and don’t show no further appointment will be made.   Full fee is payable where less than 24 hours notice is given. Therapy has to be based on mutual respect between therapist and client. Dublin Therapy Centre does not have a drop in service for clients.  Appointments times are agreed with you in advance and that time is yours to use effectively.  Mr O’Connor works hard to encourage clients to find a better life and that takes client involvement and attendance along with work between sessions.

International clients can call +353866084292 or email

I tend to prefer short term solutions and client focused therapy (using a variety of techniques – including humour) working to help you feel better faster – as you can verify by some of the testimonials on this site. In essence, that means I want you to be able to make progress within a short space of time and you should notice improvements very soon after starting therapy. Some therapists will keep you digging up the past again and again. I prefer to find out with you what is going on, outline some of the reasons and to help you move into the future (which at least you can change). I have found that positive changes can happen in only a few sessions. I am compassionate, caring and supportive but also direct and challenging where needed.

For International clients appointments can be arranged via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp.

A limited number of Counselling appointments for new clients will be available soon and evening counselling sessions may be possible to suit your needs. Call 086 608 42 92 to book your appointment.

NOTE CALL MUST BE FROM CLIENT – calls from family, partner etc will not be entertained
